ArmInfo. Ameriabank will arrange Alfa-Pharm CJSC's nominal coupon paying book-entry bonds in the amount of 1.5 billion drams, as noted in a statement from Ameriabank. The statement specifies that the placement will commence on December 10, 2025, and is expected to conclude on February 11, 2026. Alfa-Pharm intends to use the proceeds from the bond placement for capital expenditures. |
