ArmInfo.  The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will provide a ?39 million loan to Armenia for the Yerevan Customs and Logistics Center project. The  Armenian government approved the corresponding loan agreement on  December 11.

ArmInfo.  On December 11, the Armenian government approved a draft law ratifying the loan agreement 'Armenia Water Supply and Irrigation Services Enhancement Project:  Phase 1' (WISE) between the Republic of Armenia and the International  Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD - the main lending arm  of the World Bank Group).

ArmInfo. The American technology company AMD (Advanced Micro Devices) is interested in new opportunities for cooperation with Armenia, as stated by Dan Gibbons, AMD Vice President,  during a meeting with Armenian Minister of High-Tech Industry, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan. Dan Gibbons presented AMD's main directions of activity and the progress of its current programs in Armenia.

ArmInfo. Ameriabank will arrange Alfa-Pharm CJSC's nominal coupon paying  book-entry bonds in the amount of 1.5 billion drams, as noted in a statement from Ameriabank. The statement  specifies that the placement will commence on December 10, 2025, and is expected to  conclude on February 11, 2026. Alfa-Pharm intends to use the proceeds from the bond placement for capital expenditures.
