ArmInfo. Converse Bank is the underwriter for the debut tranche of registered coupon bonds issued by the Vardanants Center for Innovative Medicine (CJSC "Arinterlev"). According to a statement from Converse Bank, the public offering of three-year dram bonds totaling 1 billion drams, with a coupon yield of 12% will start on the primary market on April 1 of this year. Specifically, 20,000 bonds were issued, each valued at 50,000 drams. Coupon payments will be made semi- annually. The initial offering period for this tranche is set to close on July 1, 2025, with the maturity date of this issue (AMARLVB21ER3) being April 1, 2028. Armenia's gross international reserves (GIR) in February 2025 decreased by 0.3% per annum or $9.4 million, amounting to $3.372 billion, which was more pronounced in the same period of 2024 - a decline of 4.6% or $164 million - to $3.381 billion. In February of this year alone, GIR increased by 0.8% (or $27.3 million), but in January-February the decline was 8.5% (or $313 million). |

ArmInfo. March 24 to 28, 2025, in Armenia's interbank foreign exchange market, USD and three RUB transactions were effected, with no EUR transactions effected. USD transactions showed a 31% growth against a 21% decline the previous week. RUB transactions showed a 30.3% decline against a 3% decline the previous week. The total amount of USD transactions exceeded that of RUB transactions 2.5-fold against 1.3-fold. |
