ArmInfo.In the Global Innovation Index (GII) report, published by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on September 16, 2025, Armenia ranked 59th out of 139 countries. RA Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan  shared this information on his Facebook page.

ArmInfo.  The Central Bank of Armenia held a meeting with a delegation from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to discuss global and regional risks and their potential impact on the country's financial system, according to a statement from the  Central Bank of Armenia.

ArmInfo.  Russia, together with the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, is forming a common financial market. This was stated by Russian Prime Minister  Mikhail Mishustin during his address to participants of the Moscow  Financial Forum 2025, as quoted by RIA Novosti.

ArmInfo.  On September 18, at its regular meeting, the Armenian government approved a proposal to sign a draft Agreement "On the Center for Expertise and Research for  Customs Purposes of the Customs Services of the CIS Member States."

ArmInfo. Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of  Armenia Davit Khudatyan will visit the United Arab Emirates (Abu  Dhabi) from September 29 to October 2, where he will participate in  the Global Rail Transport Infrastructure Exhibition and Conference.

This charitable marathon was dedicated to the memory of Vahe Meliksetyan, a lecturer at the Department of Clinical Pharmacology at Yerevan State Medical University, a pharmacologist, and a scientist. Vahe Meliksetyan was killed during the 2020 Artsakh War.

ArmInfo.  Co-founder, president of the Mantashyants Entrepreneurs Club Vahram Mirakyan once again addressed the topic of "tax terror" and the incompetent work of the  inspectors of the State Revenue Committee (SRC) of Armenia. He also  voiced his proposals aimed at eliminating the seizure and illegal  confiscation of property as a means of pressure on business, and  establishing fair and predictable mechanisms for resolving tax and  economic disputes. "Anyone who has ever encountered this knows how  our police and investigative services work. Or rather, how they do  not work. After a crime is reported, either nothing happens, or they  are focused on ensuring that there is no report, so that there is no  unsolved case.
