ArmInfo.  In October, amidst  a growing tourist flow and accelerating dynamics in the mining  industry, export of agricultural products, canned goods, and  alcoholic beverages, we are witnessing a prolonged decline in the  re-export of gold. This was stated by Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan  in an interview with Public Television of Armenia.

ArmInfo. In the consumer market  of Armenia, annual inflation in November 2024 amounted to 1.4%,  against a deflationary 0.5% in the same period of 2023. This was  provoked by an increase in tariffs for services by 3%, in parallel  with which there was an increase in the price of food products by  1.9% and a decrease in the price of non-food products by 2.1%.

This was stated on December 3 during the discussions on  the final version of the draft basic economic law of Armenia by Artur  Khachatryan, a member of the National Assembly from the "Armenia"  faction.

ArmInfo. The Eurasian  Development Bank will provide Armenia with a $200 million loan from  the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development for the  construction of the Kajaran tunnel. Discussions are currently  underway at the plenary session of the National Assembly of the  Republic of Armenia on December 3 regarding the agreement with the  Bank that has been submitted for ratification.

ArmInfo. The Armenian authorities aim to establish a predictable environment for small and medium-sized businesses in the market adjusting the penalties for  non-compliance with cash register regulations (CRS). The National  Assembly of the Republic of Armenia is holding discussions on  proposed amendments to the Tax Code On December 3, in the first  reading.

ArmInfo. The premiere of the documentary film "The Will to Get Back on Your Feet Again: Self-Respect" will take place at Moscow Cinema on December 4. The film addresses the importance of preserving one's identity in the context of global hybrid warfare. This is the third and final part of the trilogy funded by AraratBank.

ArmInfo. The Eurasian Fund  for Stabilization and Development (EFSD) will become a fully independent international organization with the ability to finance  projects and programs in the national currencies of the EFSD member  states.

ArmInfo. On December 3, the  plenary session of the National Assembly of Armenia resumed hearings on the draft final version of the country's 2025 state budget.
