The announcement earlier this year of HSBC Bank Armenia's acquisition by a bank with exclusively Armenian roots brought both reassurance and numerous questions. After the finalization of the transaction and integration works, which took about ten months, HSBC Armenia on November 29 was renamed “Ardshininvestbank”.
