ArmInfo. Armenia has taken up the issue of changing the taxation of dividends received by shareholders of commercial banks. The National Assembly of the  Republic of Armenia is discussing amendments to the Tax Code and the  Law "On State Duty" at its June 17 session.

Growth rates in 2027 are expected to shift marginally to 3.7–4.7% (down from the previously projected 5.3–5.7%).

ArmInfo.  If Armenian producers are unable to reorient their exports to new markets and remain dependent on the Russian market, the excess supply of certain goods could trigger a deflationary effect in Armenia, estimated at  0.6%,  as stated by Central Bank Chairman Martin Galstyan during a  press conference on June 16, when answering journalists' questions.

ArmInfo.  In the near term, the main uncertainties regarding price growth in Armenia are related to the duration of inflationary trends emerging in global food markets, and in this context, to the speed and scale of domestic  price adjustments. This is noted in the rationale for the Central  Bank of Armenia's decision on June 16 to keep the refinancing rate  unchanged at 6.5%.
