This was announced during an online meeting  of the Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia Robert Khachatryan  with representatives of the Armenian community in the United States:

The 12-month inflation has increased significantly since March 2022, reaching 10.3% at the  end of the second quarter, and then, as a result of the implemented monetary policy, it gradually decreased and reached 8.3% at the end of the year. This was stated by the Deputy Governor of the Central  Bank Armen Nurbekyan at May 15 sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs, presenting the annual report on the activity of the RA Central Bank.

ArmInfo.1,024 real estate purchase and sale transactions were made by foreign citizens in  Armenia, in Q1 2023, which is 2.1% lower than a year ago. Moreover, 9.4% of the total number of transactions were made by foreigners (against 8.6% a year earlier). Usually, the number of foreigners  selling real estate in Armenia prevails over the number of buyers. This is evidenced by the data of the RA State Committee for Real Estate Cadastre.

ArmInfo.The average market value of real estate in multi- apartment buildings in Yerevan in Q1  2023 amounted to 405.2 thousand drams / 1 sq.m., which is higher by 10.6%, than the same period in 2022, with a quarterly growth of 1.8% alone.
