ArmInfo. The universal income declaration system will be launched in Armenia from 2023. The  initiative will be implemented in three stages and by 2025 it will  become mandatory for all citizens who are residents of the Republic  of Armenia. ArmInfo. Inflation will form in the range of 9-9.5% by the end of 2022 (against the  previously forecasted 8.6% and actual 7.7% in 2021). Such a forecast  was presented on December 13 by Chairman of the Central Bank of the  Republic of Armenia (CBA) Martin Galstyan during a press conference  on the next increase in the refinancing rate to 10.75%.  He noted  that (in December) there will be some acceleration of inflation in  the current month, but the pace will be slower than previously  expected.
