ArmInfo. The EAEU is in discussions with the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization) to form a fundamentally new model of monetary and financial regulation in the  world. This was stated by  Minister for Integration and  Macroeconomics of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), Doctor of  Economics, Professor, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences,  ex-Minister of Foreign Trade of the Russian Federation Sergey Glazyev  during the video bridge Moscow - Bishkek - Minsk - Yerevan -  Nur-Sultan.

ArmInfo.Within the framework of subvention programs for 2022, the Government of the Republic of Armenia has allocated 5.6 billion drams for the socio-economic  development of the regions. On May 18, the Cabinet of Ministers  approved the decision to provide additional subsidies in the amount  of 790 million drams to Aragatsotn, Armavir, Gegharkunik, Lori,  Kotayk, Shirak, Syunik, Vayots Dzor and Tavush regions.

ArmInfo.Armenia's authorities will introduce cash-back on cashless deals by pensioners and people receiving benefits. Next week the beneficiaries will get 10%  cash-back (up to AMD 5000 or about $10) on their cards in effecting  payments by mans of card of partner-banks.

ArmInfo. According to the goals set, the "Dry Port" being established in Gyumri will provide 3% of Armenia's GDP. Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan announced this  during the meeting with the heads of the regional and city  authorities of the Shirak region.  He said that the industrial park  is planned to be built on an area of 400 hectares, which will border  the airport, the railway, as well as the North-South highway.

ArmInfo.The increase in tax collection becomes a burden on the economy, slowing down its development. The experts of the Luys Foundation stated.  Earlier, the  State Revenue Committee reported that the actual revenues from tax  revenues and state fees of the state budget for Q1 2022 amounted to  400.6 billion drams, that is, by 5.2 billion drams or 1.3% more than  the program target of 395.4 billion drams.

ArmInfo. Inflation in the consumer market of Armenia in January- April 2022 amounted to 5.8%, compared to 5.1% inflation in the same period of 2021. According to the RA  Statistical Committee, this was provoked by an increase in the prices  of food products (including alcohol and cigarettes) by 9.7% (against  8.6% a year earlier), non-food products - by 3.3% (against 5% a year  earlier) and tariffs for services - by 3% (against 1.1% a year  earlier).

ArmInfo.A branch of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) has been opened in Armenia. The ICF regulates the certification of coaches, coaching schools and  courses.  Armenia became the 100th country where the office of the  International Coaching Federation was opened.
