ArmInfo. On the foreign exchange interbank of Armenia, from August 16 to 20, 2021, the volume of dollar transactions accelerated growth to 45.2%, from 21.7% in the previous  week (from August 9 to 13). In parallel with this, acceleration of growth of dollar purchase in the intrabank foreign exchange market during the reporting week was accompanied by a rise in sales, for euro deals the trend reversed from recession to growth, and ruble  transactions continued to grow with an accelerating pace. The exchange currency platform has been idle for the fourth year already.

ArmInfo. At a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Cholpon-Ata, a list of  exemptions and restrictions on the internal market of the Eurasian Economic Union, to be eliminated in 2021-2022, was approved.
