ArmInfo.Until 2026, the Armenian government undertakes to increase pensions to meet the needs of the minimum consumer basket, the minimum wage - up to 85 thousand drams. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this at a  government meeting on August 18, presenting the first section of the  government's program for 2021-2026, entitled "Security and Foreign  Policy".

ArmInfo.63,173 real estate transactions were carried out in the regions of Armenia in H1 2021, with an annual growth of 29.2%. At the same time, according to the RA  Real Estate Cadastre State Committee, the number of real estate  purchase and sale transactions in the regions increased by 24.2% per  annum to 17,387, and rent - by 6.6% to 2,824.  

ArmInfo. In Yerevan, in the first half of 2021, 27984 real estate transactions were concluded, which is 23.7% higher than a year ago. According to the data of the  RA Real Estate Cadastre State Committee, out of the total number of  these transactions, purchase and sale accounts for 27% or 7,574  transactions, with an annual growth of 26.7%.

According to the RA  State Cadastre of Real Estate, in total, non-residents accounted for  7.7% of the total number of transactions, against 8.4% in the same  period a year earlier.

ArmInfo.In the premium portfolios of Armenian insurers in the first half of 2021, the  corporate component continues to prevail over the retail one - 57%  (15.1 billion drams) and 43% (11.4 billion drams), almost repeating  the indicators of a year ago - 56.2% and 43.8% respectively.  According to the Financial Rating of Insurance Companies of Armenia,  prepared by ArmInfo IC, the annual dynamics of the absolute values of  both indicators changed from the 7.4-8.5% decline by 10.9-7.6%  growth.

At the same time,  as the minister noted, it is impossible to launch a railway without building the appropriate infrastructure - there are sections where there is no railway network, a new one needs to be built. "In Soviet times, the railway also passed through Ijevan. Presumably, if peace  reigns in the region and we can completely unblock communications, it will also be economically profitable to work in this direction," the minister said.
