particular, according to the Statistical Committee of the Republic of
Armenia, in January-September 2020, the production of ferromolybdenum
in Armenia decreased by 7.6% compared to the same period of the
previous year, amounting to 5,202.2 tons (against an increase of
12.9%).

State Committee for Real Estate Cadastre, of the total number of

decreased by 4.2% in y-o-y terms, with an increase of 75.9% over the
quarter.

ArmInfo. In Q3 of 2020, 981 real estate transactions were concluded by foreigners in Armenia, which is 41.9% lower in y-o-y terms (compared to the Q3 of 2019), but
twice as many compared to the previous quarter of this year.
According to the State Cadastre of Real Estate, in total, the share
of non-residents made 6.4% of the total volume of transactions fell
to, against 12.8% in the last year for the same period, and 5.9% in
the Q2 of this year.
