ArmInfo.The Central Bank of Armenia did not make interventions (since May 2020 - ed. note). Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia Martin Galstyan stated this  at a press conference on October 27.

ArmInfo.. The Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for 2020 revised its forecast for GDP growth downward. According to the September forecast, the Regulator expected  the economy to decline at the level of 6.2% by the end of 2020,  however, at the press conference on September 27, the Chairman of the  Central Bank of Armenia Martin Galstyan noted that Armenia would end  this year with a decline in GDP by 7.2%.

The  Commission on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Issues of the Armenian  Parliament issued a positive opinion on the letter-agreement with the  Bank submitted for ratification. The issue will be considered at the  plenary session of the RA National Assembly.

The agenda of the upcoming meeting of the EEC Council, at the initiative of Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan, will include the issue of  excluding a number of countries, including Turkey, from the list of  countries-users of the EAEU unified system of tariff preferences.  According to the press service of the government, at the moment 103  countries enjoy preferences.
