ArmInfo.  IDBank will take part in TOON EXPO YEREVAN 2025, the largest and most comprehensive international real estate and construction exhibition in the region, which will be held on September 5-7.

ArmInfo.  Syunik Airport has temporarily suspended Yerevan- Kapan-Yerevan flights. According to the airport's official statement, this decision was made due to  maintenance work on its aircraft. 

ArmInfo. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will provide Armenia with 45 million euros, 39 million of which in the form of a loan under the  loan and grant agreement Yerevan Customs and Logistics Center. The  proposals to sign the relevant agreements were approved by the  Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Armenia on September 4 at a  regular meeting.

ArmInfo. In 2025, the Armenian NPP will receive the loan funds of 1 billion 35 million drams that it did not receive in 2024. Thus, the budget loan for the implementation  of the program for the repeated extension of the NPP's service life  this year will amount to slightly more than 13.5 billion drams. The  corresponding decision was made at a government meeting on September  4.

ArmInfo.  In August 2025, compared to August 2024, inflation of 3.6% was recorded in the consumer market of Armenia (against the inflation of 1.3% a year  ago), provoked by the rise in prices of food products and services.  In the first 8 months of 2025, inflation was formed at the level of  0.8% (against last year's deflation of 1.2% in the same period),  which was also the result of the rise in prices of services with a  slight decrease in prices of food and non-food products. According to  the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia, in August of  this year alone, inflation of 0.2% was recorded (against the  inflation of 0.1% a year earlier in the same month), provoked by the  unchanged prices of food products and an increase in prices of  non-food products and services by 0.4% and 0.3%, respectively. In  Yerevan, consumer prices increased by 0.2% in August, against a 0.1%  decline in August 2024.

ArmInfo.  The information database of the Cadastre Committee of Armenia will be made available so that information can be obtained online when making real estate  transactions. The legislative package, which provides for amendments  and additions to the Law On State Registration of Property Rights and  related laws, was discussed in the first reading at the meeting of  the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs on September 3.

ArmInfo.  From September 1 to December 1, Ardshinbank is holding the “How to Become a Millionaire” lottery for customers who receive a mortgage loan. The promotion applies to loans for purchasing an apartment (both primary and secondary market) or building a private house. Customers who take out a simplified renovation loan during the same period will also be entered into the raffle. The total prize fund is 35 million AMD, which will be shared among 21 winners.

ArmInfo. The main technological event of the year in Armenia - DigiTec 2025 - will be  held in Yerevan from October 10 to 12 and promises to be the largest  in history. The organizers expect to host more than 40,000 visitors  and participants from 20 countries, including over 100 global  technology leaders and 250 companies in the exhibition area.

ArmInfo. The application for the study and extraction of sand and crushed stone in the border zone will have to be checked by the National Security Service, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In  territories with the status of a customs control zone, it will also  be checked by the State Revenue Committee, as stated by Deputy  Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the  Republic of Armenia Asatur Vardanyan, during a meeting of the NA  Standing Committee on Economic Issues. He was presenting a  legislative package providing for amendments and additions to the  Code "On Subsoil of the Republic of Armenia," as well as amendments  to the Code of Administrative Offenses. The Deputy Minister noted  that the legislative package also outlines the procedure for  suspending the activities of a subsoil user.

He was presenting the  legislative package "On Real Estate Activity" and related laws.

ArmInfo.  Members of the ruling Civil Contract faction in parliament propose to regulate legal relations related to the installation of charging stations for  electric vehicles (in particular, not to consider this type of  activity subject to licensing). The legislator also introduces new  rules for autonomous electricity producers. The draft laws received a positive  conclusion from the parliamentary commission on economic issues on  September 2.

ArmInfo. . The Armenian pavilion at the world exhibition Expo 2025 Osaka was visited by about 1 million people. This is stated on the Facebook page of the Ministry  of Economy of Armenia. It should be noted that the exhibition opened  on April 13, 2024 and will last until October 13, 2025.
