About 6 thousand representatives of micro-business in Armenia will be  able to count on state assistance

ArmInfo.About 6 thousand representatives of micro-business of Armenia will be able to count on state assistance. At the April 9 meeting, the RA Government approved  the 10th program of state assistance in coronavirus pandemic.

As David Ananyan, Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee, noted  in his speech, state assistance will be extended to three groups of  beneficiaries. In particular, those who acted as a subject of family  business in 2019, those who are self-employed individuals, and those  who faithfully carried out trading operations through checks of cash  transactions. It is envisaged, for example, to provide a one-time  financial assistance in the amount of 10%, but not more than twice  the minimum wage, from the work done by micro-entrepreneurship  entities from January 1 to April 1, 2020. At the same time, those  individuals who after January 1, 2020 acted as micro-business  entities without being individual entrepreneurs, as well as those who  carried out trading operations in good faith, can count on government  assistance in the amount of the minimum wage with the provision of  checks of cash registers. At the same time, beneficiaries of the  program cannot be persons with 2 or more employees, since in this  case they will be able to participate in other similar assistance  programs.

In turn, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol  Pashinyan emphasized that all measures approved by the government  take into account the social, economic and strategic components.  These events are operational in nature, but are aimed at the future.  The logic of the new The program consists in the fact that whoever  faithfully issued CAC checks, he will receive more, for those who do  not use the devices, a separate program will be developed.
