According to the press service of SRC , RA citizen G.K. for the purpose of tax evasion, registered 5 organizations in his own name and the name of his relatives who were importing buckwheat, grain, rye, and rice. Collaborating with different persons, the offender divided the ongoing activities into several parts. Thus, conditions were created for free activity in non-control of tax authorities. according to article 205 of the RA Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, a criminal case was opened on the fact of tax evasion. Charges brought to citizen G.K. and persons collaborating with him. Preliminary investigation in the criminal case continues.
