Pashinyan: Armenian banks failed  the anti-epidemiological task

ArmInfo. The government in the anti-crisis package adopted the 5th program, which included providing assistance to employees of enterprises that were not registered. Assistance was received by 187,000 citizens through the banking  system. But the hopes that banks would strictly comply with  anti-epidemic measures were dashed. Therefore, the government thereby  contributed to the spread of coronavirus. Prime Minister of Armenia  Nikol Pashinyan stated from the rostrum of the parliament.

<Now we are criticized, that in other countries the number of people  infected with coronavirus is less. In these countries, citizens were  not helped; we could do the same, but we did not. I think we need to  switch to new technologies. Reduce the use of cash, introduce digital  programs. In the new world, all this will be only a plus>, said the  head of the Cabinet.
