Prime Minister: We must continue to implement quality large-scale  capital expenditure programs

ArmInfo. "We must continue to implement high-quality large-scale capital expenditure programs," on September 14  during discussion of the interim execution in 2020 of capital expenditure programs implemented with state budget funds,loans and grants RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said.

During the discussions, the Prime Minister was informed about the  measures taken by the Ministries of Territorial Administration and  Infrastructures, Healthcare, Education, Science, Culture and Sports,  as well as the Yerevan Municipality, the press service of the RA  government reports. They discussed the process of implementing  capital expenditure programs in the field of road construction,  energy, water supply, regional and urban infrastructure, solid waste,  healthcare, and education. It was noted that the construction of  roads is carried out with great potential, the planned tenders have  been held, construction work is proceeding normally. The issues of  technical supervision of road construction were raised. The Prime  Minister instructed to submit a proposal on the advisability of  increasing the volume of work on a number of sections of the road.

Participants in the discussions also raised issues related to the  implementation of new initiatives in 2020.  Within the framework of  the program of expenditures in the field of education, the Prime  Minister proposed to study the possibilities of building a modular  kindergarten in some settlements, using the example of the Arevik  kindergarten for 140 places, which is being built in the Armavir  region at the expense of the state budget. The Prime Minister  instructed to conduct an inventory of settlements where it may be  advisable to build modular kindergartens, based on the needs and  capabilities of the community. 

Nikol Pashinyan also instructed to finalize the list of new  initiatives in the field of education and health.  <Capital  expenditures are creating jobs, securing wages, creating  profit-making businesses. This undoubtedly contributes to the  improvement of the social and economic situation in the country. In  this regard, we must continue to implement high-quality, large-scale  capital expenditure programs, the head of the Armenian government  said.
