Another 10.8 billion drams will be  allocated for investigations.

Edgar Hovhannisyan noted that it is envisaged to carry out credit and  grant programs to modernize the Meghri border crossing point. For  these purposes, the EBRD has allocated appropriate funds. A new  customs terminal equipped with the latest science and technology will  be built at the checkpoint. 1.772 billion drams will be allocated for  the implementation of the program in the form of a loan and 1.634  billion drams in the form of a grant.
