Rosgosstrakh continues to lead the list of large taxpayers among  insurance companies in Armenia

ArmInfo. According to the results of the first quarter of 2021, 5 insurance companies out of 6 operating in the country were included in the list of 1000 large  taxpayers in Armenia, as in the previous year.

According to the RA State Revenue Committee, according to the results  of the first quarter of 2021, the insurance sector of Armenia paid  493.5 million drams in taxes, which is 7.7% less than a year ago. Of  this amount 84.9% or 419.1 million drams were paid under direct tax  (with an annual decline of 5.8%).  Among insurance companies in terms  of tax payments, the leadership is held by Rosgosstrakh Armenia IC,  which took the 306th place (against 163rd in the first quarter of  2020), having paid AMD 154.4 million to the state budget, of which  131.2 million in direct taxes.

INGO Armenia IC took 313th place in this list (against 319 a year  earlier), having replenished the state budget by 149.9 million drams,  of which 79.4 million - through direct taxes. IC "Nairi Insurance" in  the first quarter of 2021 took the 522th place (against 680th a year  earlier), having paid 87.9 million drams to the state budget, of  which 72.5 million - on direct taxes.

IC "Sil Insurance" took the 818th place (against 892nd a year  earlier), having paid 54.8 million drams to the state budget, of  which 45.2 million - for direct taxes. The top 5 of insurance  companies is closed by IC "Armenia Insurance" - 939th place (against  966th a year earlier), having directed 46.4 million drams to the  state budget, of which 38.7 million - for direct taxes.

According to the State Revenue Committee, according to the results of  the first quarter of 2021, RESO IC was not included in the list of  1000 largest taxpayers in Armenia, being absent from this list also  according to the results of the same period in 2020.
