ArmInfo. The Central Bank of Armenia and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia signed a memorandum of understanding to ensure the format filling of  data on payments made from accounts under enforcement proceedings by  the Compulsory Enforcement Service of judicial acts.

As noted in the message of the Central Bank of the Republic of  Armenia, the document provides for the introduction of new electronic  tools to ensure faster identification of citizens' payments in  commercial banks and settlement organizations with specific  enforcement proceedings.

This memorandum was signed as part of a program to remove as soon as  possible the restrictions applied by the Compulsory Enforcement  Service of judicial acts on the enforcement proceedings of citizens'  payments in banks and settlement organizations.

As a result of the application of new digital solutions, the  automatic termination of enforcement proceedings and the removal of  arrest from accounts in the shortest possible time (1-2 days instead  of the previous 7 days or more) will be ensured based on payments  made by citizens in banks.
