He said that the strategy contains a total of over 190 measures for  each target group. And an action plan will be approved over the next  three months.

Speaking about the first goal - improving the well-being of families  - Mkrtchyan explained that it is about creating an environment  conducive to this, where every newborn will contribute to the  development of human capital.

The implementation of the second goal is aimed at promoting health  and reducing mortality factors.  Stimulating active old age will be  carried out to ensure healthy and dignified aging, involving older  people in socio-economic life by increasing their potential.

In terms of migration management, according to the Minister, programs  will be implemented to reduce the causes leading to population  outflow, increase competitiveness, develop and retain highly  qualified personnel, and create an environment conducive to their  influx, including from the Diaspora. With this strategy, the Republic  of Armenia aims to reduce the aging rate of the population by 20%,  increase the rejuvenation rate of the population by 30%, and  stimulate significant development of human capital by 2040.
