ArmInfo. The procedure for cadastral valuation of municipally owned lands was the subject of discussions held at the first meeting of the interdepartmental working group established by the decision of RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
As reported by the press service of the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, the meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Cadastre Committee Suren Tovmasyan, the Chairman of the Urban Development Committee Yeghiazar Vardanyan, the Deputy Minister of MTUI Vardan Kostanyan, the Deputy Ministers of Environment and Economy Tigran Gabrielyan and Arman Khojoyan, and the governors of the regions.
The meeting discussed not only the procedure for cadastral valuation of municipally owned lands, but also the suspension of the sale of lands at reduced prices, the procedure for setting starting prices at auctions. The participants of the meeting also analyzed the process of entering the difference in cadastral value in the budgets of local governments when changing the intended purpose of lands. Several options for solving the problems were discussed, which will be finalized in the near future and sent to the Prime Minister's office.
