ArmInfo. The Auto Insurers' Bureau of Armenia announces that starting September 1 of this year, there will no longer be a need to stay on a busy section of the road (at the accident site) for a long time fillingl out various data in the mobile application when filling out the agreed declaration (Europrotocol) in the event of an accident,.In more detail, the Auto Insurers' Bureau of Armenia notifies that from now on, those responsible for an accident will be able to:
- Take pictures of the damage to cars and their location at the accident site Using the ASWA mobile application, without an Internet connection; - Quickly clear the road and within 3 hours fill out the remaining data in the mobile application in a safe place with Internet access. The Auto Insurers' Bureau of Armenia notes that this new feature will help reduce traffic jams, increase the safety of all road users, and save time. The Auto Insurers' Bureau of Armenia calls on drivers to download the ASWA app in advance to be able to quickly use this feature if needed. The goal of this initiative is to help drivers comply with the requirement set by the amendments to the law that come into force on September 1. These requirements include calling 1-02 to report an accident, clearing the road within 20 minutes after the accident (instead of the previous 40 minutes), and avoiding possible fines.
"The OSAGO system is becoming more efficient, accessible and convenient for drivers," the Auto Insurers' Bureau of Armenia states.
