Bulgarian Deputy PM: Armenia, Bulgaria have significant potential for  cooperation in technology and education

ArmInfo. Armenia and Bulgaria have high potential for expanding cooperation in technology and education, as stated by Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister Atanas  Zafirov during a meeting with Armenian Minister of High-Tech Industry  Mkhitar Hayrapetyan.

He shared his impressions of his visit to Armenia, presented the  outcomes of his meetings with Armenian government representatives,  and emphasized the significance of the visit to the TUMO Center for  Creative Technologies as a vivid example of the strategic steps being  taken to develop a new technological generation and the country's  innovative potential.

The meeting focused on  the potential  areas of collaboration,  including expanding the presence of Bulgarian technology companies in  Armenia, as well as strengthening partnerships in  defense, green  technologies, and space exploration. The interlocutors also discussed  opportunities for Armenia to participate in infrastructure projects  in the Black Sea region.

In conclusion, Hayrapetyan and Zafirov emphasized the importance of  organizing mutual visits and expanding bilateral and multilateral  collaboration within the European Union.
