Armenia extends  Zvartnots Airport concession to 2067

ArmInfo.  Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan and Executive Director of  Corporacion America S.A. Martin Eurnekian have signed the fifth  amendment to the concession agreement for the management of Zvartnots  International Airport in Yerevan. The primary highlight of the  document is a significant extension of the management term. Under the  new terms the concession period is extended by more than 40 years.  The agreement will now remain in effect until December 31, 2067.

According to the government press service, the parties emphasized the  significance of the constructive negotiations on the fifth amendment  to the airport concession agreement for future cooperation. The  meeting also addressed projects involving the former  Ministry of  Foreign Affairs  building,  located on Republic Square.

Deputy Prime Minister Grigoryan also emphasized the strategic  importance of Corporacion America S.A.'s investment programs across  key regions in Armenia.
