Armenia willing deeper cooperation with Russia to unblock regional  communications - Pashinyan

ArmInfo. Armenia is not only ready, but also willing  to deepen cooperation with Russia  in regards to unblocking of regional communications, as stated by  Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan  during a briefing on January  29.

He stated that Armenia has submitted a written proposal to its  Russian partners. "At this point, I don't know whether there has been  a written response. However, overall, we see positive signals," the  Prime Minister said.

Pashinyan recalled the familiarization visit in January 2026, where  Armenian and Azerbaijani delegations jointly inspected the  Yeraskh-Sadarakh railway section. "This means processes are underway  in the region that cannot be stopped, and we hope that our Russian  partners will not hesitate," he emphasized.
