
ArmInfo. Turkish Airlines will begin operating flights on the Istanbul-Yerevan-Istanbul route on March 11. This was announced by airline representatives during a meeting with Lusine Gevorgyan, Chairperson of the RA Tourism Committee, Ermenihaber reports.
During the meeting, according to the source, the airline representatives presented the airline's development prospects, as well as the possibility of operating flights to new destinations in the near future.
The parties exchanged information on target markets and statistics, and discussed opportunities for cooperation in marketing and promotion.
It is worth noting that at the end of 2025, Turkey's Special Representative for the Normalization of Armenian-Turkish Relations, Ambassador Serdar Kilic, announced on his X microblog that Turkish Airlines would begin operating regular flights on the Istanbul-Yerevan-Istanbul route starting next year.
