
ArmInfo. The Armenian Water Committee held a meeting with a delegation from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), led by Laziza Sabirova, the newly appointed ADB Resident Mission Director in Armenia.
The press service of the Armenian Water Committee reported this. According to the source, during the meeting, the parties discussed current and planned initiatives and projects within the framework of cooperation with the ADB on water resources management and wastewater treatment.
Specifically, they reviewed the progress of feasibility studies for the construction of reservoirs in Getik, Karmir Gyugha, and Garnahovit, the possibility of revising the results of the 2016 study on the Yeghvard reservoir, the current state of the Kaps reservoir, the Lake Sevan basin wastewater treatment project, as well as the project to preserve the Ararat artesian basin and improve groundwater use.
