Pashinyan: Armenia`s first artificial intelligence plant opens in   Gagarin village, Armenia

ArmInfo.  The first artificial intelligence factory has just opened in the village of Gagarin, Armenia, as announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan   during his campaign event.

According to the Prime Minister, the total investment in the facility  amounted to approximately $70 million. In June, a second factory will  open on the premises of "Hrazdanmash," with an projected investment  of $5 billion over the coming years. This, Pashinyan noted, signifies  the transition of the country's economy to a qualitatively new level.   The Prime Minister also mentioned the May 28 military parade, which  showcased state-of-the-art military hardware—including Armenian-made  equipment—calling it a source of pride and joy. This milestone was  achieved through substantial investments in the military-industrial  complex, which exceeded 170 billion drams.

Note, Armenia has become one of the first countries in the world to  deploy the latest NVIDIA B300 Blackwell graphics accelerators. They  were integrated by Eleveight AI at its AI-centric data center in the  village of Gagarin, Gegharkunik Province. The project serves as a  major indicator of Armenia's entry into the international AI  infrastructure arena. The data center is expected to become fully  operational in March 2026.
