
ArmInfo. Starting July 10, 2026, the export of phytosanitary controlled goods by individuals from Armenia in excess of certain quantities will be prohibited, as announced by the Food Safety Inspection Body of the Republic of Armenia.
According to the source, in accordance with the EAEU Technical Regulations, the total weight of phytosanitary controlled goods transported by individuals for personal use cannot exceed 5 kilograms.
"We urge entrepreneurs and citizens to organize the export process exclusively in accordance with established requirements, verifying the phytosanitary requirements applicable to the products being exported in advance. The Food Safety Inspection Body will continue to exercise constant oversight and provide the necessary consultations to exporters, ensuring full compliance with safety requirements for phytosanitary goods and export regulations," the statement reads.
