ArmInfo. The Global Conference on Medical Tourism, entitled "Travel for Health, Stay for Recovery: When a Patient Becomes a Guest," will be held in Yerevan from September 21 to 23.
The event is organized by the Tourism Committee of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia in cooperation with the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism).
According to the Committee's press service, the conference will bring together representatives of the public and private sectors in healthcare and tourism, international organizations, medical institutions, insurance companies, investors, international experts, and leading industry specialists. Participants will discuss current trends in the development of medical tourism, international experience, and new opportunities for collaboration.
