ArmInfo. At the meeting of the RA National Assembly Committee on Economic Affairs held on September 30, Argishti Darbinyan, a member of the RA National Assembly from the opposition Strong Armenia faction, was elected deputy chair of the committee.
All committee members present at the meeting voted in favor of Darbinyan's candidacy.
It should be noted that Argishti Darbinyan was born on November 23, 1990, in Vanadzor. In 2010, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Enterprise Management of the State Engineering University of Armenia. From 2008 to 2021, he worked as an economist at Lori Road Operation and Construction CJSC. From 2010 to 2021, he was the director of the Argishti hotel branch of Argishti 1 LLC. Since 2021, he has held various positions at Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC, and was also the program manager for the Armenian Businessmen Association.
On June 7, 2026, he was elected to the National Assembly from the Strong Armenia bloc of parties. He is married and has two children.
