ArmInfo.Team Holding successfully completed a three-stage placement of corporate bonds, raising on the capital market an amount equivalent to almost $35 million (dollar and dram in the amount of $31.5 million and 1.4 billion drams, respectively). As noted in Team's announcement, all stages of the placement were completed ahead of schedule, demonstrating strong investor interest and confidence in Team's development strategy.
Hayk Yesayan, co-founder and director of Team Group, announced the successful completion of the staged placement of these bonds during the 2nd International Investment and Financial Forum entitled "Time of Opportunities: Armenia in the New Architecture of Global Markets," organized by Freedom Broker Armenia, the investment company that underwrote all Team Holding bond issues.
Hayk Yesayan, co-founder and director of Team Group, participated in the panel discussion "Strengthening the Key Role of Capital Markets in Shaping Armenia's Economic Future," which focused on: Development of stock and bond markets; IPO opportunities for Armenian companies; The role of the capital market as an alternative source of long-term business financing.
