ArmInfo. Eduard Hakobyan, Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia, took part in a panel discussion as part of BOLD Business 2031 LinkedIn Local Yerevan. Participants discussed key trends in the development of the business environment over the next five years, including technological changes, digitalization, the use of artificial intelligence, and prospects for the development of public-private relations, as well as opportunities for shaping the business environment in line with new realities. This was reported by the SRC press service.

Speaking about global changes in the coming years, the Committee Chairman pointed to the polycentralization of the global economy, the development of e-commerce, the impact of artificial intelligence, and the need to transform public-private relations. Speaking about the future of tax administration, Eduard Hakobyan noted that the use of artificial intelligence tools is already changing approaches to administration.

"Tax administration is becoming preventative: we are leading taxpayers toward voluntary discipline, and artificial intelligence provides ample opportunities for the rapid implementation of this vision," the State Revenue Committee Chairman emphasized.

Eduard Hakobyan emphasized the importance of formulating a clear vision and mission for organizations, noting that the Committee has its own vision and mission, and all its activities are based on them.
