ArmInfo. Starting April 1, pension and benefit payments in Armenia will be made exclusively by bank transfer, as announced by Arsen Torosyan, RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, on his Facebook page.
Minister Torosyan noted that bank cards have already been delivered to the majority of citizens, including those with mobility challenges. However, the minister noted that there remains a group of citizens who haven't yet been reached. He stated that citizens who have not yet received their bank cards can call the social service center at 114 or send their information to [email protected], indicating their preferred method of communication.
Torosyan assured that the delivery process for the remaining cards is ongoing and will be completed shortly. He also announced that the disbursement of payments for the month of April has already started.
