ArmInfo. YouTube officially announced the launch of a partner program in Armenia starting today.
Mikhitar Hayrapetyan, Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia, announced this on his Facebook page.
The minister noted that the new project will allow content creators and media outlets in Armenia to post videos on their platform, which YouTube can then monetize. Thus, Hayrapetyan noted, monetization is now accessible in the country.
The project was announced several months ago during US Vice President J.D. Vance's visit to Yerevan.
