The publication called Armenia a potentially strong competitor, whose main advantage is not affordable land and electricity, but U.S. support, since Nvidia chips have become part of peace diplomacy.

Ultimately, this combination could turn Armenia into a place where Nvidia graphics processors are located, with connections to the east through Azerbaijan and Central Asia, and connections to the west through Turkey and beyond
