As part of the competition, young professionals and representatives of various fields worked on real business challenges presented by major companies, developing applicable solutions for them.
As part of the three-day program, around 150 young professionals, joining together in interdisciplinary teams, worked on 10 real business challenges presented by major Armenian companies.
The challenges were presented by Ucom, Union LLC, Coffee House, Yan Products, Cinema Star, Sali, One Way Tour, Maple Leafs Clinic, Dalma Garden Mall and Bacon Product, and covered modern areas of business development: artificial intelligence and digitalization, marketing and sales, customer experience, personnel management and optimization of internal processes.
On the final day, the teams presented their solutions to company representatives. The proposals were evaluated based on applicability, innovation and expected impact on the business. The total prize fund of AMD 3.5 million was distributed among the teams that proposed the best solutions.
The Buissup Challenge was created as a platform for bringing together business and professional potential, where participants not only propose ideas but also work on real problems and present their solutions directly to decision-makers.
